Brigadier General (Ret.) Harris Kline | Military Advisory Board Member
General Kline is an advisor to Neurovation Labs focusing on military and veterans affairs. He last served as the Mobilization Assistant to the Staff Judge Advocate, HQ AFMC, Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. The General served numerous tours throughout the world in support of the Air Force and was the first JAG IMA to serve as SJA at both our embassy in Canberra, Australia and Payar Lebar AB, Singapore.
While on active duty, Gen Kline spearheaded humanitarian and legal efforts across the world. He helped close Clark AB under pressure from a live volcano and personally practiced before Filipino judges, securing the release of 63 U.S. servicemen on international hold for which he won the ABA’s Distinguished Service Award. He was also instrumental in planning the first International Latin American Conference in Panama, attended by dignitaries from over 15 nations. Since retirement he has been an advocate and authority on veteran reintegration and well-being, leadership, and ethical issues for which he is much sought after as a Keynote Speaker to various organizations.
